By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order pricing.


  1. Despatch – times vary according to availability, but are usually processed within 3 business working days. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.


If an order is out of stock,  we shall advise you by email within 3 working days and offer you a refund.


  1. Pricing and availability


Whilst we use our best endeavours to try and ensure that all details , descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to revise your order at the correct price or to cancel the order.


All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery Costs will be charged in addition. Please refer to the Delivery section for more details.


  1. Payment


Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation  check on your pament card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.


All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.




When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, you are responsible for ensuring that you are complying with the laws of the importing country and will pay all applicable, customs duties, taxes and import charges.







You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Little Sparrow Tea, its directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents, from any and all third party claims, liability damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.




You must not misuse this Website. You must not use any of the information on this Website for your own use.

All of the Intellectual Property, Software and content has been made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Little Sparrow Tea or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Little Sparrow Tea and its licensors. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website. 




Little Sparrow Tea shall have the right in its absoloute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.


Returns policy

We are confident that our teas will allow you to enjoy fine loose leaf tea at its best. However, in the event you are unsatisfied, please return the item to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund, including delivery and postage costs, and we will also re-imburse you for the return of the unsatisfactory goods.

Customers in the European Union are also entitled to a statutory cooling off period of fourteen days, even if the goods are deemed satisfactory. In this instance we will fully refund the product cost, however you will be required to pay for the return of the goods in their original condition. Opened food goods cannot be accepted in this instance.

Complaints Policy

In the event of a customer complaint, please write to us by email or post, including name, invoice number, address and detailed description of your complaint. Little Sparrow Tea Ltd willmake every effort to review and reply in writing within 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
